Collaborations

Read-in is a self-organized art collective that experiments with the political, material, and physical implications of collective reading and the situatedness of any reading activity. Read-in developed through The Grand Domestic Revolution a collective research project initiated in 2010 by Casco: Office for Art, Design and Theory. Read-in experiments with going door-to-door and requesting neighbours to host a group reading session spontaneously; workshops focusing on reading and memorizing as individuals and collectively; and BookshelfResearch - examining specific private or public libraries according to categories such as gender, nationality, materiality, to investigate inclusions and omissions. Current Read-in members: Annette Krauß, Hyunju Chung, Laura Pardo, Marianna Takou, Sanne Oorthuizen, Serena Lee, Svenja Engels, and Ying Que.

SHATTERED MOON ALLIANCE is a living research project taking the form of a series of participatory workshops and transmedia publication exploring science fiction narrative worldbuilding. SHATTERED MOON ALLIANCE is Christina Battle and Serena Lee.

Magic Bar: an artist-run platform for curating and hosting public screenings, dinners, concerts, exhibitions, performances, and critical dialogue. Magic Bar was a collaboration between artists Anna Okrasko, Serena Lee, and Eric Philippoz that took place in Rotterdam from 2011 - 2012.
